Str8In Terms of Service (User Account Creation)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Str8In Services, including Neighborhub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements or communications between you and Str8In.

2. Services Covered

These Terms apply to all Str8In websites, software, mobile applications, AI-powered tools, and digital services, including but not limited to:

• Neighborhub HOA Management Platform (resident registration, approvals, maintenance workflows, announcements, voting, violations, communication tools)
• Str8In’s AI and automation technologies, software development tools, and integrated systems

3. Eligibility & Account Requirements

To create an account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

Str8In is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use Str8In Services to:

• Engage in illegal activity
• Upload or distribute abusive, obscene, defamatory, or harmful content
• Upload adult content or pornography
• Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property
• Attempt unauthorized access to Str8In systems
• Interfere with or disrupt service performance
• Train competing AI models using Str8In technology

Str8In maintains a zero-tolerance policy for prohibited uses and may suspend or terminate accounts without notice.

5. Content Ownership

Content created by Str8In, including software, algorithms, designs, documentation, and platform features, is owned exclusively by Str8In.

Content uploaded by users remains the property of the respective user.

By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant Str8In full rights to use such information without compensation.

6. Platform Monitoring

Str8In may, but is not obligated to, monitor, review, or remove content uploaded through Neighborhub or any other Str8In platform.

HOA administrators and designated representatives are responsible for moderating member-submitted content within their communities.

7. Neighborhub-Specific Terms

Neighborhub is a full HOA operating system providing resident registration, approvals, property tracking, maintenance workflows, announcements, voting, violations, and mass communication.

7.1 HOA Administrator Responsibilities

Designated HOA representatives agree to:

• Review and approve resident registrations
• Moderate community content
• Manage property and household records
• Oversee billing and subscription responsibilities
• Maintain accurate HOA information

7.2 Administrative Transfers

If administrative privileges must be transferred, Str8In may contact the current administrator for verification. If no response is received after reasonable attempts, Str8In may transfer privileges at its discretion.

8. Billing & Payments

• Neighborhub operates on a subscription model with pricing based on household count.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
• Failed payments may result in suspension or deactivation.
• Payment processing is handled through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe), and your use of payment features constitutes acceptance of their terms.
• Fees are non-refundable unless Str8In chooses otherwise at its sole discretion.

9. Technical Performance

Str8In strives to maintain reliable, secure, and uninterrupted service. However:

• Bugs, downtime, and unexpected behavior may occur.
• You agree not to hold Str8In liable for service interruptions or data loss.
• Str8In is not responsible for events outside its control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party failures.

10. Third-Party Services

Str8In Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms.

Str8In is not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of third-party services.

11. Geographic Restrictions

Str8In Services may not be available in all jurisdictions.

You are responsible for complying with local laws, including export controls.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Str8In Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Str8In does not guarantee:

• Error-free operation
• Continuous availability
• Security against all threats
• Accuracy of data or content

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Str8In is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
• Str8In is not responsible for user-generated content, unauthorized access, or data loss.
• Str8In is not liable for actions or failures of third-party vendors, processors, or service providers.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Str8In, its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your content or actions within Neighborhub or other Str8In platforms

15. Changes to Terms

Str8In may update these Terms at any time.

Changes become effective upon posting.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes must be resolved in the courts located in Sumter, South Carolina.
