Works with Neighborhub
Link each association to its Neighborhub
Neighborhub is the resident app and HOA portal for boards and homeowners. Link an association once and the two systems stay in sync in both directions, so nothing gets typed twice.
How an association connects
-
1
Your company gets a registration GUID when it signs up. You'll find it in Company settings and on Neighborhood links.
-
2
The HOA admin enters it in Neighborhub under Settings → Management company, which sends you a link request.
-
3
You approve it and attach it to an existing association or create a new one. Or skip approval by sending the HOA a one-time invite code.
-
4
Records sync both ways over signed, authenticated connections. Either side can pause or disconnect at any time.

Built for your team
Secure, separate and ready for AI
Each management company has its own workspace. Its records are kept apart from every other company's, and automated tests check that separation on every route.
Staff roles and portfolios
Owner, admin, accountant, manager, staff and read-only roles. Managers and staff see only the associations assigned to them.
Two-step sign-in
Each company sets its own MFA policy (authenticator app or emailed codes), for everyone or for selected roles.
Mail from your company
Statements, estoppels and vendor work orders go out under your company's name, from your own address or SMTP server if you prefer.
AI assistant access
A built-in MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Cursor read your portfolio and, if you allow it, create and update work orders and deadlines.
Questions
Common questions
Is HOA Manager really free?
Yes. HOA management companies pay nothing for HOA Manager: no subscription and no per-unit or per-user fees. Neighborhub, the resident app, is a separate, optional product that each association decides on for itself.
Do our associations have to use Neighborhub?
No. HOA Manager works on its own for any association you manage. Linking adds the resident portal and mobile app, keeps records in sync both ways, and brings the association's Neighborhub cost down to $0.50 per house per month.
How does the reduced Neighborhub rate work?
Neighborhub Cloud is normally $1.00 per house per month. Once an association is linked to a management company on HOA Manager, its rate is $0.50 per house per month. Payment processor fees for online payments and optional add-ons such as SMS are separate.
How do we get an account?
New companies join by invitation. Send a request with the form below and we'll email your invitation. Until then, the live demo and the user manual show every module.
Can we bring in our existing records?
Units and owners can be imported from a CSV file. For associations already on Neighborhub, linking pulls in their houses, owners, board members and open items automatically.
